The integrity of the FSSC 22000 Scheme and performance of its licensed CBs is of the utmost importance. To safeguard these aspects, regulations are secured in the FSSC 22000 Sanction Policy.

Based on the Sanction Policy regulations, the Foundation has decided that, as of 2 August 2021, the FSSC 22000 license agreement of American registration Inc (ARI) has been terminated.
