Frequently asked questions

  • Is FSSC On-Site available to FSSC 22000 Certified Organizations only?

    You don’t need to be an FSSC 22000 Certified Organization to create an account with FSSC On-Site. Any organization interested in real-time information on FSSC 22000 certification is welcome to subscribe.

  • How does the subscription process work?

    After submitting your subscription for the FSSC On-Site module, FSSC will review your subscription application within two working days. After approval, you will receive the invoice via email. Within five working days after invoice payment, you will receive access to your FSSC On-Site account via email.

  • How can I pay for my subscription?

    FSSC sends an invoice for the total FSSC On-Site subscription fee for one year (€950 ex. VAT). You can pay the invoice by credit card, electronic transfer or direct debit.

  • Do I need to renew my subscription each year?

    No, your subscription contract will be automatically renewed every 12 months until you choose to cancel your subscription. FSSC will send an invoice for the yearly rate on the anniversary of your subscription.

  • How many users can I add to my account?

    You can have up to five (5) users on your account, including your own user account. Do you need more users? Send an email to [email protected] with the number of users you would like to have within your account. We will send you a personalized offer.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Cancel your subscription by sending an email to [email protected]. The cancellation request must be received at least one month before the end of your subscription contract. You will continue to have access to your account for the remaining period of your one-year contract (if applicable).

  • Can I get support with using the various subscription functions?

    FSSC offers support through our helpdesk environment called MyFSSC. You will automatically receive MyFSSC access after your FSSC On-Site account is created. If you have questions using any FSSC On-Site functionality, please use MyFSSC to read the relevant knowledge article or create a support ticket.

  • What is the FSSC Assurance Platform?

    The Assurance Platform is a secure digital solution that enables transparency and informed decision-making for the consumer goods industry. FSSC On-Site is a module within the Assurance Platform to help organizations access automated certification status data updates.
