The integrity of the Scheme and performance of its licensed CBs is of the upmost importance of FSSC 22000. To safeguard these aspects, regulations are secured in the FSSC 22000 Sanction Policy.
Based on the Sanction Policy regulations it has been decided that, as of 1 April 2020, the FSSC 22000 license of Swiss TS is suspended for 6 months, until 1 October 2020.
In this period Swiss TS will have to show FSSC 22000 in detail that they are dedicated to FSSC 22000 and are able to meet with all the requirements.
Furthermore the FSSC 22000 Sanction Committee has decided that the license of LMS Certification Limited has been terminated as of 21 February 2020.
