The integrity of the Scheme and performance of its licensed CBs is of the upmost importance of FSSC 22000. To safeguard these aspects, regulations are secured in the FSSC 22000 Sanction Policy.
Based on the Sanction Policy regulations, it has been decided that as of 7 December 2024, the FSSC 22000 license of Certification Body EQA Group S.A. de C.V. is suspended for an indefinite period.
EQA Group S.A. de C.V. will have to show FSSC 22000 in detail that they are dedicated to FSSC 22000 and can meet all the requirements.
