Working from the office in Hertogenbosch, you’ll be the driving force behind FSSC’s digital portals that support their global certification schemes. As the vital link between worldwide business partners and the development team, you’ll ensure FSSC’s products deliver maximum value to both the organisation and end users. You’ll report to Kaushik Niyogi, Manager, Software Engineering & Architecture.
Key Result Areas
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Defining the product vision that aligns with FSSC’s strategy through close collaboration with business teams and stakeholders
- Creating, prioritising, and refining the Product Backlog with clear, actionable user stories
- Developing and monitoring the product roadmap with feature releases and milestones
- Coordinating production releases and ensuring smooth delivery with acceptable quality.
- Collaborating closely with the development team of 13 professionals
- Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and processes
- Identifying potential risks and resolving obstacles with appropriate escalation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can translate complex business needs into clear product requirements. You thrive in an international environment and enjoy finding the perfect balance between business demands and technical possibilities.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Experience in agile development environments, preferably with “no code” platforms
- Agile Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO or similar)
- Experience in a B2B environment and business analysis
- Excellent presentation skills and English language proficiency
- An assertive nature with strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- The flexibility to work independently from home and in the office
A degree in business or product management is preferred, and experience in audits and certification schemes would be an asset.
