The Integrity Program Officer (IP Officer) is responsible for several clients (certification
bodies) worldwide.
The IP Officer’s main task is to support the Integrity Program Managers (IP Managers)
with the continual management of the Integrity Program, specifically all activities
applicable to their allocated clients. These activities include planning, monitoring
processes and implementing follow-up activities, as well as preparing onboarding
reports, performance evaluations, exemptions, licenses and compliance breaches
(nonconformances). Key in this role is communication with clients.
As an Integrity Program Officer, you shall report to the Integrity Program Manager.
Overall Objectives

The IP Officer also supports and is involved in continual improvement projects related to
the Integrity Program.
Key Results Area
- Supporting the operational management of the Integrity Program.
- Monitoring and administration of daily tasks pertaining to the Integrity Program.
processes. - Serving as the first point of contact with allocated clients.
- Coordinating activities relating to the Compliance and Performance processes.
- Supporting the Certification Integrity team (Assessment team) with all activities
related to the monitoring of clients. - Participating in the development of required systems for data analysis and tracking.
- Investigating and following up on client complaints and serious situations.
- Participating in webinars, conferences, harmonization activities and calibration
meetings. - Supporting the IP Manager with continual improvement projects.
- Communicating internally with the global FSSC team, and externally with industry
organizations and other national and international bodies. - Processing information from the various digital systems to support and monitor
clients and providing support for any IP-related issues in these systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Advanced education diploma or equivalent administrations background
- Degree and experience in food-related sciences/food safety is preferred but not
required - Knowledge of certification, quality management and preferably food safety
standards - Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and working experience with online databases or other information
systems is preferred but not required - Ability to analyse information and propose/implement improvements
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to work independently and within a team, both at an office location and
remotely - Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a high proficiency level
- Command of other languages is preferred but not required
