Key Result Areas
- Perform all aspects, planning, assessments, reporting, and follow-up, of the IP under which Office Assessments (remote or on-site), Desk Reviews (remote), and occasional Witness Assessments (on-site) are conducted.
- Participate in regular IP meetings to discuss organizational/departmental developments and ensure calibration among the IP Assessor team.
- Provide the IP Manager Certification Integrity with valuable recommendations to enable decision-making and share insights to strengthen the IP.
Project Support
- Contribute on request to IP project management and training.
- Support IP Manager Certification Integrity by developing IP documents in relation to office assessment, desk review, and witness assessments.
- Involved in the preparation and participation of global or IP team meetings and events.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The ideal Integrity Program Assessor:
- Knowledge of regulations and international standards pertaining to food safety auditing, certification, and accreditation.
- Degree in food-related or bio-science discipline.
- 2 years of working experience in food-related industry taking an active role in quality assurance or food safety functions in production or manufacturing.
- 5 years’ international experience in auditing third-party food safety/quality management system auditing.
- Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA or equivalent) for food safety management systems or quality management systems.
- Sound knowledge of FSSC 22000 Scheme requirements, ISO 22000, ISO 22003-1, ISO/TS 22002 series, ISO 17011 and relevant IAF MD/ IAF ID
- Preferably experienced in quality governance and technical reviews for FSSC 22000

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
